About Ben: Ben Godsey is an IT assurance professional from Hendersonville, TN. Ben enjoys playing ice hockey, golfing, traveling, and visiting craft breweries. About Katherine: Katherine McGuire is a marketing and communications professional from Vine Grove, KY. Katherine enjoys reading, cooking, watching Bravo, and trying new restaurants. The Story: Ben & Katherine were set up on a blind date at the University of Louisville in 2010. The date did not go well. However, a year later, they were set up on another date that went much better. They've been together ever since. Ben proposed on a trip to Seattle (Katherine's favorite city) in Kerry Park on December 4, 2018--the seven-year anniversary of their first blind date.
